WE STRONGLY ADVISE ALL CUSTOMERS TO EVALUATE OUR SOFTWARE BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE

IF A REFUND IS PROVIDED ALL LICENSE KEYS RELATING TO THE ORDER REFUNDED WILL BE DE-ACTIVATED AND DISABLED

ScanToPDF or PDF Data Net branded O Imaging Corporation products are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that a properly completed Return Request Form has been received within 30 days of the order date confirming that the product, as well as all documents produced with it, have been removed from all systems and any backup copies have been destroyed

Exceptions to this returns policy include:

Proof of concept orders which are non-refundable
Any ScanToPDF product where a fully functional, free, evaluation version was available at the time of purchase.
Not For Resale (N.F.R) software is not returnable and is not included in our 30-day guarantee.
Any ScanToPDF product purchased via a third party reseller, agent or distributor. In such cases the customer must request a refund from the third party reseller, agent or distributor
