    I have the standard version of scantopdf, and I purchased the perpetual subscription. I have been using scantopdf since perhaps 2012. I use it for personal business, mostly for archiving account statements, tax records, legal or medical documents, and work-related receipts. The app is easy to use, and it is rock-solid stable. I like that I can add, delete, or rearrange pages easily. I haven’t tinkered with many of the settings; the two I’ve adjusted most are the brightness setting to darken documents and the resolution setting to reduce document size. All said, very good value for my money.

    I am not a heavy user, but so far the program seems to operate as advertised. It scans multiple pages, allows sizing and cropping, saves pdf’s, and prints or attaches easily. The price is right too Purchasing and activating were too cumbersome, requiring too many steps and somewhat confusing instructions. Need to accept Discover Credit Cards.

    I love the neat scanner, but the scanning software is terrible. I’m probably unusual in that I use your software for mainly personal scanning. I scan everything I can get my hands on. I scan something and scantopdf automatically saves it and I can APPEND the scan to an existing PDF so I don’t have to have a lot of individual scans. I usually use the grayscale scan and I wish the remove blank pages would work on it so that I could let the scanner scan both sides of everything and only keep the non-blank pages. So far I can only get this to work on black & white. But overall I like your software well enough that I’ve bought several copies for all of my different computers

    We have a retail business. We use it to sort hundreds or more of our Picking and Packing slips which come in different PDF files. What we sort in 4 hours by hand, this software does it in 10-15 minutes with multiple sub-levels of sort.

    The software that came with my device only scanned to JPG, TIFF or GIF. I wanted to submit PDF because it prints to the correct dimensions at the other end of the process. I tried out the sample version and it worked quickly and easily first go so I purchased the full version. Just need simple and efficient. Other programs required to much fussing about with settings and menus. Activation took me a couple of goes because I had an older sample version or a 1 year subscription to an old version that had expired. Once I figured that out it was easy

    Your security process is troublesome. I purchased a new copy for my replacement computer rather than fool with moving and authorizing the original copy. Other than that I love the product. simple, easy and works as it should.
