Files that have already been scanned across several departments are processed and saved into the folders needed for the final upload to Epicor. The solution automatically recognises each type of supplier invoice and reads the data required for indexing from pre-defined zones on the invoice.

Love ScanToPDF and installation was easy but the web site is not great. Hard to find what you want. Slightly confusing pricing model with bundles, plug-ins and a base product. Documentation appears hard-to-find though, where do I find a list of all the merge fields I can use in file naming, etc?
