Our support team may ask you to provide log files to help with fault diagnosis.
To generate a TWAIN log file
> close ScanToPDF> right-hand click on the ScanToPDF desktop shortcut> select properties> add the following switch to the end of the 'target' setting /twaindebugi.e. the target should now read:"C:\Program Files\O Imaging Corporation\ScanToPDF\ScanToPDF.exe" /twaindebug
The log file will be called ezTwain.log in the “My Documents” folder
To generate a ScanToPDF log file
> close ScanToPDF
> right-hand click on the ScanToPDF desktop shortcut
> select properties
> add the following switch to the end of the 'target' setting /tracelevel=verbose
i.e. the target should now read:
"C:\Program Files\O Imaging Corporation\ScanToPDF\ScanToPDF.exe" /tracelevel=verbose
The log file will be called ScanToPDF.log in the “My Documents” folder
